Third: Order Cancellation: We expedite preparing customer orders and delivering them to shipping companies from the moment we receive the order details. Fourth: Replacement and Refund Period: The period for replacing the product for any of the reasons outlined in the replacement policy is a maximum of 10 days from the date of receiving the customer’s complaint and approval. In cases where the customer is entitled to recover the paid amounts, we will take up to 7 days maximum to refund the owed amount from the moment of approval of the refund request.
